in 24 hours

The National Center for the Avoidance of Probate will formulate a customized Living Trust package of documents and return it to you as printed out documents ready to sign or via CD disk (U.S. First Class mail usually within 24-36 hours after recept of order (see delivery schedule below).

Just as would be done in a local attorney’s office, these documents are carefully drafted for the unique requirements of your family according to the information you provide on the order form. They are in no way considered to be a one-size-fits-all "kit" where you must choose from a set of a confusing assortment of alternatives the options that will best work for your family. There is no guesswork or uncertainty on the client’s part. Each set of documents is professionally created for that particular client.

However, because the National Center for the Avoidance of Probate develops hundreds of Living Trusts yearly on a production basis for clients throughout all 50 states and other free countries of the world, costs per client are held to a bare minimum and reflect in a selling price hundreds of dollars less than established local attorney fees.

Yet National Center for the Avoidance of Probate quality control is so high that in 15 years of development of trust documents, not one has ever been successfully contested in court or returned to NCAP as unsatisfactory.
